Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (plant based) milk or yoghurt
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh, canned or frozen)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the blueberries (if you're using fresh blueberries.
  • Cut the pineapple into pieces (if you're using fresh pineapple),
  • Add the fruit and the milk/yoghurt in a blender and blitz untill smooth.
