Mango Orange Popsicles with Yogurt

  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe mango (or 1½ cups frozen mango chunks)
  • cups orange juice
  • ½ cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon vanille extract
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice 1 large ripe mango.
  • Blend mango with 1¼ cups orange juice until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling about ¾ full.
  • Freeze for 1 hour (until slightly set).
  • In a bowl, mix ½ cup thick Greek yogurt, 2 teaspoon vanille extract, and 1-2 tablespoon honey (if using).
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture on top of the mango layer.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from molds and serve.

  • Taste your fruit mixture before freezing, adjust sweetness if needed.
  • For easier removal, briefly run molds under warm water.
