Rose lemonade
Homemade rosewater lemonade is super easy to make. It smells amazing, is perfect for festive mocktails and cocktails, and keeps for weeks in the fridge.

Instructions
Pull the leaves off the roses and leave them for an hour, allowing any insects to crawl away.
Combine the rose petals, water, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
Squeeze half the lemon and stir the juice into the syrup. Let the mixture stand for at least 4 hours, even overnight.
Sterilize the bottle by boiling it in a pan of water for five minutes. Then, let the bottle dry on a clean tea towel.
Strain the syrup and pour it into the sterilized bottle the next day.
